Güde E113/12 Steak Knife, Multi-Colour

One-piece hand-forged blade made from chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. Further processing in over 30 manual operations. The finely polished handle: is made of robust and easy-care hosta shape and is dishwasher-safe. The blade is rust-free, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. The Alpha series knives meet the requirements of the guidelines for knives for use in the catering industry and offer the largest variety of models within the quality series. Care and storage Clean the knife with a damp cloth immediately after use. 1. Never leave knives uncleaned - especially after handling acidic food. Never clean the knife with corrosive or abrasive agents. 3.Knife with wooden handle: do not wash in dishwasher or leave in water. Never store knives loose in the drawer. Never use cutting pads made of stone or ceramic, as this will damage the blades and leave them blunt.
